Training First Aiders and Mental Health First Aiders

First aiders are crucial in many workplaces - whether it’s a physical injury or a mental health crisis, their ability to respond quickly and effectively to incidents can make all the difference.

Our First Aid courses provide the practical skills needed to act in critical situations - covering a range of medical emergencies, while our First Aid for Mental Health training helps employees identify early warning signs, start supportive conversations, and direct colleagues to appropriate help - and can be certified by RQF or SCQF depending on where you are.
