Why take this course?

You'll gain a deeper understanding of first aid for mental health, making you more able to provide practical support and advice for someone presenting a mental health condition. You'll also be able to better recognise and manage your own stress and implement an action plan and positive culture around mental health in your workplace. The course can be certified by RQF in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, or SCQF if you're in Scotland.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Did the 5 day forklift training course and thought it was really good from start to finish. John was a great instructor, explained everything clearly and got the balance between theory and practical spot on.
The practical side was really well set up too, with plenty of different exercises and some good challenging setups like chicanes and tighter manoeuvres, so you were actually learning how to control the forklift properly rather than just going through the motions.
By the end of the week I felt confident that I could operate a forklift safely and properly. Would definitely recommend Rizon Training and John to anyone looking to do their forklift training.
