Established training providers AquaTerra Training, Bon-Accord Training and IED Training Solutions have come together as the Rizon Group, a powerful alliance built on shared values, complementary expertise and a commitment to raising standards across industries.
With more than 90 years of combined experience, Rizon brings together the strengths of three trusted providers to offer a fully connected, flexible and forward-thinking training solution. From health and safety and first aid to plant and machinery, Rizon delivers bespoke programmes designed to meet the evolving needs of businesses across a wide range of sectors.
The formation of Rizon builds on the successful 2022 merger of AquaTerra Training, specialists in practical health and safety training for sectors including oil and gas, transport and nuclear and Bon-Accord Training, experts in plant and machinery equipment training. This union accelerated growth, expanded capacity and deepened the breadth of training available to clients across both organisations.
IED Training Solutions, based in Angus, completes the group. Founded by former Royal Marines, IED is a respected provider of First Aid, Mental Health, Trauma Risk and other specialist training. Their commitment to excellence has been recognised with the MOD Employer Recognition Scheme Gold Award, underlining their exceptional support for veterans and their families.
With a strong and varied client portfolio including James Jones & Sons Ltd, WM Donald, Sea-Cargo and RSABI, Rizon will continue to deliver training from state-of-the-art facilities in Kintore, supported by flexible online options and the capability to provide on-site training across Scotland and around the world.
By bringing their expertise together, the three strands of Rizon offer a training partnership that is cohesive, adaptable and built to meet real industry challenges. This collaborative approach enables Rizon to provide practical, high-quality solutions that help organisations stay safe, meet regulatory requirements and develop their workforce. Together, the group supports businesses to strengthen their teams, drive sustainable growth and build best practice for the future.
